HOW TO USE THIS BOOK

When you’re eager to make a change, I understand how tempting it can be to hopscotch over things that we think are inconsequential. If I have put it in this book, it should not be overlooked. You don’t have to agree with everything but at least give genuine consideration and implement everything that you can. In areas where we lack understanding or clarity the actions that we take often don’t get baked into our life. 

This book has been carefully crafted to reverse engineer burnout. Walking alongside you, helping you understand how you got here. Traveling with you from a place of pain to relief. From relief to progress. From progress to walking through the door to the life you deserve. Beginning from the most basic foundations we will ascend into concepts that will implore you to go places that only our hearts can see.

At the end of each chapter are the following features to support your evolution:

Chapter Debrief: A recap of the key lessons and takeaways to reinforce important topics. The end of every debrief outlines a burnout factor that is being addressed through the concepts of the chapter. I want to make it clear that I am not submitting that individuals are responsible for the organizational factors but there are moves that we can make to navigate these challenges with more ease.

Reflection Questions: Thought-provoking questions encouraging introspection and self evaluation. Talk these over with a friend or write them down in a journal.
